Do you work with clients outside Kentucky?
Yes. We're based in Morehead, KY, but we ship work all over the US. Most projects run on weekly video calls plus shared docs — geography stops mattering after the first conversation.
How long does a marketing site take?
Four to eight weeks from kickoff to launch is typical. The variable isn't engineering speed — it's how quickly you can review and approve content. We've shipped urgent rebuilds in two weeks when we had to.
Will I be able to update the site myself?
Yes, if you want to. We wire up a CMS — usually WordPress, Sanity, or a static-friendly option like TinaCMS — for any content your team needs to control. We also leave you with a short training video so it actually sticks.
What's the difference between a website and a "web app"?
A site presents — a web app does. If your visitor reads pages, fills a form, and leaves, that's a website. If they log in, look at data, take actions, and come back, that's a web app. We build both, but the planning and pricing look very different.
Can you take over a site someone else built?
Often, yes. We've inherited WordPress sites, custom PHP, Wix, Squarespace, you name it. Step one is a 30-minute audit — we tell you whether to keep it, refactor it, or rebuild. We'll tell you "keep it" if that's the honest answer.
Do you handle hosting?
Yes. Our sister company, Cable Web Hosting, runs the infrastructure for everything we ship. You can also keep your existing host if you'd rather — we'll deploy to AWS, Cloudflare Pages, Vercel, DigitalOcean, or wherever you live.
What if I need help after launch?
You call 606-755-5200 and a person answers. Care plan or not, we don't disappear after handover. Bigger changes go through our normal scoping; small edits are billed by the hour or covered under your plan.
