Cable Web Agency
You are here. Web design, web development, and custom web app engineering. The digital surface area.
About us
Cable Web Agency is the web-design and web-development arm of Cable Technology Solutions, LLC — a Kentucky tech operation that has been keeping computers running for businesses since long before "the cloud" was a phrase.
Our mission
Most businesses don't need a "digital experience" — they need a site that works, a form that arrives, and a phone number that gets called. We build for that, and we don't apologize for it.
We exist because the gap between "agency that pitches you" and "agency that ships for you" has grown enormous. We're the second kind. The work has to load, work, convert, and keep working months after we hand over the keys.
Family of companies
Cable Technology Solutions, LLC is the umbrella. Underneath, three focused divisions — each does one thing, well. You get the right team without having to figure out who to call.

Premium managed hosting — WordPress, e-commerce, auction platforms — with the same humans on the phone.
The parent. Remote tech support, cybersecurity, VoIP, AI consulting — everything else IT-shaped that a business runs into.
Call 606-755-5200 and tell whoever picks up what you're trying to do. They'll route you to the right team — usually that same person.
How we work
Scope changes happen. Price changes don't, unless you ask for them in writing.
No mystery design phases. You see something real every week, and you steer.
A working V1 in three weeks beats a perfect V1 in three months. Iterate from real data.
You always own the source, the domain, and the deploy. We're a partner, not a hostage situation.
Care plan or not, the first time you call after launch, you talk to a real human in under three rings.
The long version
Cable Technology starts as a one-person operation in eastern Kentucky, fixing IBM PCs and writing custom BASIC for local businesses. Computers were big, problems were small.
A local hardware store gets HTML 2.0 frames and a guestbook. The web is suddenly real. We're early — and we never quite leave.
Customers keep asking us to host the sites we built. We rack our first server in a Lexington colo and start selling managed plans. It's still our hosting infrastructure today.
The umbrella legal entity is formed. Tech support, web work, and hosting all live under one roof — same phones, same humans, cleaner books.
Sites are still bread and butter, but custom web applications — portals, dashboards, internal tools — quietly become half the revenue.
The web side becomes its own division and finally gets its own front door. Same humans, same number, sharper focus.
Where we are
We're a small-town shop in eastern Kentucky doing big-city web work. Geography stops mattering after the first conversation — we ship for clients across the country — but it shapes how we run.
Lower overhead means honest pricing. Slower internet (sometimes) means we obsess about page weight. A small town means our reputation walks down Main Street, so we don't take shortcuts you'd hear about later.
Let's talk
Twenty minutes. No deck, no sales pitch. We'll listen, ask sharper questions than you expect, and tell you honestly whether we should work together.
