Do I need to know exactly what I want?
No. "I think my site is letting me down but I don't know exactly how" is a perfect first message. Discovery is part of the work — that's why the first call is free.
How fast do you start?
Most projects kick off two to four weeks after the quote is approved. Urgent rebuilds — site is down, deal is at risk — get prioritized when our calendar allows.
What if I'm not ready to commit yet?
Fine. We don't chase. Reach out when the timing's right. If you want, we can do a 20-minute audit of what you've got and send a short report — no obligation.
Do you sign NDAs?
Routinely. If discovery requires confidential context, mention it in your message and we'll send a mutual NDA before the first call.
What if I want to build it myself, just need advice?
We do short consulting engagements — a few hours of code review, architecture advice, or a Lighthouse audit. Bill rate is the same as project work, but no minimum.
